Refund & Cancellation
- No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.
- If the product is wrongfully delivered or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order against the return of the product subject to the fact of such defect being established within 72 hours of delivery.
- To report damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
- Refunds will be made (i) within 5 to 7 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods.
- No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
- All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the item received is defective)
- Products bought under any discount/sale are will not be eligible for any kind of return or exchange.
All of our orders are shipped internationally from our ware houses across India to your provided shipping address via DHL/FEDEX. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL/FEDEX to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your door step. If you are presented with an invoice from DHL/FEDEX for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL/FEDEX directly at the time of delivery.
We ship all our products in secured cover (bubble wrap/paper etc) and I take the utmost care so your new product is safe.
